The current route runs through Quest
Quest currently lists Everlywell Weight Care+ for people buying a qualifying Weight Loss Journey panel or who bought one within six months. Its $99 offer includes the initial consultation and first membership month. This is a current partner offer, not evidence that an older standalone Everlywell enrollment page still accepts patients.
Separate membership, testing and medication
Quest’s Basic panel lists $139 plus a $6 physician-service fee. Adding its $99 program purchase gives $244 before medication for someone buying both anew. This is an arithmetic comparison of listed charges, not a checkout quote. Expanded panels cost more. Everlywell’s terms say medication and additional testing are separate expenses, and membership renews monthly after the initial period.
Why someone might choose this model
The service offers clinician follow-up and help with insurance and locating a pharmacy for branded GLP-1 prescriptions. That can be useful when insurance coverage matters more than obtaining a compound subscription. Neither prescription eligibility nor insurance payment is guaranteed. Everlywell’s terms leave medication costs with the patient and permit filling through a pharmacy of choice.
Eligibility and cancellation are specific
Quest restricts this program purchase to ages 18–74 and excludes Arizona, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. These restrictions differ from eligibility for some lab tests sold on the same site. The initial consultation/program month is nonrefundable. The published cancellation rule requires at least 24 hours before the next charge and applies prospectively, so keep the membership renewal separate from pharmacy refill dates.
What stands out
- Branded-prescription and insurance-support pathway
- Public testing requirements and membership exclusions
What to check
- Medication is additional to membership and testing
- Age and location restrictions; initial fee nonrefundable

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
