Who can use the advertised price?
Brightmeds’ public summer-special page remains available, but its footnotes matter: the offer is for eligible states and patients new to GLP-1 treatment at the starting dose. Transfer patients are directed to obtain pricing. A person already taking a higher dose should not assume the same rate applies.
Monthly payment versus a pack
The offer shows semaglutide at $129 month-to-month or $297 for a three-month pack, equivalent to $99 a month. Tirzepatide is $149 month-to-month or $357 for three months, equivalent to $119. The pack requires a larger purchase; verify the next pack’s price and shipment schedule.
Included care and cancellation
The page includes medication, clinical evaluation and follow-up, support and standard shipping. The linked refund policy requests five business days of notice before renewal. Medication already prepared, dispensed or shipped generally cannot be canceled or refunded; clinical denial is treated separately.
The right comparison for a transfer patient
Brightmeds is useful to compare when you meet the offer’s restrictions, but the lowest pack equivalent is not a universal any-dose price. Request a written transfer quote including your formulation, pharmacy, supply and renewal terms. An older comparison page explicitly dated March 2026 should not substitute for the offer you are enrolling in.
What stands out
- Pack totals and monthly alternatives are explicit
- Offer specifies important eligibility restrictions
What to check
- Starting-dose offer does not establish transfer pricing
- Cancellation requires advance notice
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
