BioPivot review
By The Dose Brief Desk · Updated
Prices change between starter, continuation and maintenance phases. A consultation-fee clause conflicts with the homepage’s no-charge-if-not-approved message.

Starter prices are not maintenance prices
BioPivot’s semaglutide page (opens in a new tab) lists monthly prices of $185 for starter, $218 for continuation and $225 for maintenance. Quarterly totals are $400, $490 and $518 respectively. Its tirzepatide page (opens in a new tab) lists $242, $315 and $350 monthly, or $590, $780 and $900 quarterly. The price can therefore change as the prescribed phase changes; a starter quote does not establish your ongoing cost.
The homepage’s from-$149 message does not identify a standard-dose renewal price. Separate microdose rows list semaglutide at $168 monthly or $370 quarterly and tirzepatide at $220 or $528. These are different program choices, not interchangeable doses. Ask which phase and quantity your quote covers, how transitions are billed and whether the quarterly figure is collected upfront.
The consultation-fee conflict matters before intake
The homepage (opens in a new tab) says there is no charge if you are not approved. The cancellation policy (opens in a new tab) says something different: after clinical review, a $59 doctor consultation fee is retained, including when a provider decides the requested treatment is unsuitable. It promises a full refund before clinical review begins.
That difference changes the financial risk of applying. Get the governing nonapproval rule in writing before paying or submitting intake for review. A broad refund headline should not be treated as resolving the policy’s specific fee clause. The same policy says pre-shipment cancellation after a prescription may produce a partial refund less $59, with cancellation not guaranteed once the order reaches the pharmacy.
What the plan says it includes
Treatment pages include prescribed compounded medication, secure provider messaging, dose review, structured check-ins and discreet delivery. Additional information, testing or a consultation may be required before a clinical decision. No prescription is guaranteed. The homepage separately advertises a $169 GLP-1 lab panel; do not assume all testing is covered by a medication headline. Our lab-cost guide explains the questions to ask.
Named contacts still need an individual assignment
The product FAQs identify Elite Care Health for clinical care and Rx Ave Health for pharmacy and prescription fulfillment. Those are useful points of contact, but a fulfillment contact alone does not establish the facility that will compound and dispense your medication. Ask for the treating practice, clinician and actual dispensing pharmacy, then use our verification checklist.
BioPivot describes itself in the terms (opens in a new tab) as the platform connecting patients with independent providers and pharmacies. Its nationwide statement is qualified by clinical appropriateness and applicable law. Confirm access for your own state and product. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; BioPivot’s general efficacy language does not establish results from an individual compounded prescription.
Renewal and cancellation wording needs clarification
The terms describe recurring monthly orders charged every thirty days and cancellation by disabling auto-refill at least forty-eight hours before processing. The separate cancellation page describes a three-month membership, processing a cancellation within one business day and access continuing through that membership period. Monthly versus quarterly product choices do not, by themselves, resolve those different descriptions.
Before enrolling, request the full payment schedule and last date to stop the next charge. Keep the confirmation. The policy treats shipped compounded medication as final except for specified delivery or pharmacy problems, so stopping renewal is separate from recovering an existing payment. BioPivot offers useful phase-specific price detail, but the consultation-fee conflict and membership terms need a clear answer before a longer commitment.

- Actual dispensing facility and selected payment schedule need confirmation
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
